Apply to Chico Massage School Level 1 Massage Therapy Program by following the link to fill out application.  

Prerequisites For Level One Massage Therapy Program

Each prospective student must provide the following documentation: 

  • Color Copy of Driver’s License, State I.D. Card, or United States Passport
  • Provide a copy of high school diploma or equivalency certificate; or most recent educational certificates/diplomas.
  • This program is only offered in english:
    • Toefl may be taken in place of a High School Diploma or GED. For more information please contact us or go visit the link below. 

Tuition & Financing


This is an investment into your future! Tuition includes the 625 hour program, textbooks, online textbooks, liability insurance while you are in school and a full year of liablity insurance after you graduate. This includes equipment to get you started as well as Chico Massage School T-Shirts.
